Shallot-Thyme Vinaigrette
1/4cup balsamic vinegar
3tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
2tablespoons white wine vinegar
1tablespoon finely chopped shallot
1tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1tablespoon Dijon mustard
1tablespoon water
1/4teaspoon salt
